Description:
The constructions at SK Ranch are divided by broad mesas, there are 8 acre of boomerang shape, countered by concave basins at its edges, resting at the top of 120 acres in the Texas Hill Country.
The idea was to take full advantage of the site’s strengths for solar orientation, predominant topography and distant vistas, the whole building is viewed as a modern ranch with clean, crisp lines, sophisticated finishes and a casual elegance.
The buildings are situated far from each other, each building serves as a destination point giving a sense of prominence within the complex.
