Description:
Situated in Temozón Yucatán in a local location, the house is in a trapezoidal corner plot. Its 60 meter long side confronts east and its 39 meter long side confronts north. The space of the house is proposed to make a situation in which the family is not bound between dividers, but rather the outside is incorporated with the inside, combined together as a solitary domain, highlighting the perspectives produced by the diverse spaces.
For this reason, the introductory plan was a L-shape, in which two halls encompass the plot to make a patio nursery in the middle, one passageway for administrations and the other for the living zone (social and private). In this way, one hall was turned 45 degrees to saddle the winds and have better ventilating. This development likewise permitted the coordination of the greenhouse into the local location.
At last, to fortify the idea, the passage was separated into two areas. The principal is situated in a strong volume cantilevered over the ground; it houses the private territory and sanctuaries the social region, contained by a progression of patios at distinctive levels to characterize a spatial hierarchy.
