MaHouse located in Strasbourg, France by MARC FORNES / THEVERYMANY
At MaHouse, composed by MARC FORNES/THEVERYMANY, the additional length of a stage, the level of every tilt, the obliques in arrangement and rise and their corner spaces go about as little abnormalities to acquaint the experiential with one’s day by day environment.
Of three stacked floors – folks’ penthouse on top, youngsters’ play area in the center, ground floor for all – the center level is the most scattered.
A staircase lined by reglit glass profiles sneaks past the house’s three levels, giving a consistent spatial ordeal and extensive light without direct perspectives inside.
The lines of the house are subordinates of code lines and requirements – from maximizing the admissible zoning envelope, to the freedom stature of every proprietor’s auto in the underground carport.
MaHouse is the second venture by MARC FORNES/THEVERYMANY for a French habitation, taking after a staircase in a Parisian flat outlined with Ammar Eloueini.
