The venture comprises of a back augmentation to a 1920’s Californian Bungalow in Hobart. A split level course of action gives living spaces at the lower level and dozing spaces at the upper level. The living spaces are light and open with great associations with the outside, whilst the upper level structure is strong and the weatherboard cladding taking prompts from the current building, giving a harmony between the old and new works. Spread uncovers at the upper level, expand the perspective from inside and furnish a mental association with the lawn.
