Description:
The undertaking depended on the change of a 95m2 (1,023ft2) seafront flat, for regular use, mostly out of the washing season.
The current space allowed a system with a liberal lounge room with included kitchen region, two suites, a corner with lofts, a shared lavatory and a storeroom.
In the undertaking the perspective to the ocean was favored.
At the end of the day the picked material – oak wood – was unequivocal in building a space personality.
