The unique architecturally designed accommodation of Park Hyatt Maldives Hadalaa is a well planned selection of villas to meet the needs of every guest: 16 Park Villas, 20 Park Pool Villas, 7 Park Water Villas and 7 Park Water Sunset Villas.

All villas were orientated to best deal with the tropical climate conditions; rainwater harvesting and waste treatment plants were implemented; and special green design elements include high roofed areas and open ceilings, cross ventilation in all indoor spaces, deep roof overhangs, and window shading.

Great care has been taken in the construction of Park Hyatt Maldives Hadalaa to preserve the natural vegetation in order to maintain the ambiance of the island and minimize the environmental footprint of the resort.

Environmental awareness and protection are key considerations in all our guest experiences. Park Hyatt Maldives Hadalaa is the first resort in the Maldives to adhere to the standards for Green Globe certification in the construction stage and resort operations.
