Urban Oasis: information about the project
The developer of this off-plan in Dubai is the Saudi developer Dar Al Arkan in collaboration with the Italian premium brand Missoni. With a projected cost of AED 800 million, the luxurious building will offer magnificent apartments from the Italian fashion house.
This is the first project in such a collaboration. However, this is not the first experience for Missoni: a similar project has already been completed in Miami.
The Urban Oasis Tower is already under construction: 15 floors have been built. The project should be fully completed and brought into operation by 2023. The cost is already known. For example, it is possible to buy a 4-room penthouse with a water view for 20 million AED.
Dar Al Arkan returned with this design project to a construction project once it started, which had to be reinsured due to a downturn in the market. Deputy CEO Zayed El Char says this high-end design house will embody luxury and the highest levels of comfort and quality for residents and investors.
The company also says it plans to start installing other projects in the next six months. The developer aims to start cooperation with other fashion houses to create not just houses but also pieces of art in real property.
Cooperation of builders and designers
In the Middle East, the creation of developers and designers joint projects has been practiced for a long time. For example, there are already houses from Roberto Cavalli and a residential complex from Lamborghini in Dubai. The developer Dar Al Arkan itself has a similar experience in Saudi Arabia – there are houses built together with Elie Saab, Versace, and Roberto Cavalli.
Zayed El Char reminds us that the company is actively cooperating with Versace – soon in Riyadh, there will be the world’s first low-rise buildings with interiors from this fashionable designer.
The company notes that they currently have no other sites in the United Arab Emirates. However, the developer is sure that thanks to the unique proposals, the situation will soon change in the developer’s favor.
