The level is in an old school building in Hackney, East London. It hadn’t been touched since it was changed over in the 1990s and it required a considerable measure of work – everything felt exceptionally dated. As the property was intended for two youthful inventive experts to live in, we needed to reconfigure the format to improve 2 measured rooms and an extra lavatory. At first the level had one main room and one littler room which had a bended divider – a 1990s element which is profoundly unfeasible as a rule. We needed to bring all the more light and openness into the level so we made new parcel dividers with steel and glass windows. This additionally added to the modern feel of the space.

Regarding the feel, we were additionally roused by Scandinavian outline picking a basically monochrome palette and joining wooden accents. To add a touch of extravagance to the space, we utilized materials like marble as a part of the ensuite shower room and for the kitchen sprinkle back. We played with the duality in the middle of light and dull – notibly when you enter the level, the lobby is verging on dark and this takes after onto the kitchen in the living region – whatever is left of the space then gets to be white.
