This family house is found 50km from Buenos Aires in a gated group at City Bell, in a plot 30m wide and 45m long. It was intended for a youthful couple and their youngsters, giving all that they require in 350m2. This house presents straightforward shapes and hues, where the most critical operation it’s the complexity between the white shade of the house and the dark of the windows.

From the convergence of two bars, it was chosen to work in two levels, leaving the private part in the long bearing of the parcel. The rooms, arranged at the front, have a magnificent introduction, while the expert suite stays private and gets the best visual.

An outside green space gets us as we go into the house, turning into a connection between the parlor and whatever remains of the house. The sunrays infiltrate this green space, reminding us the hero is outside.

The completely coated den was planned mid-level of the parlor, turning into the chimney an association between them. It is a flying volume with three openings on the floor that permits you to see the vast pool that keeps running underneath.

The pool, situated along the part, has the best introduction and goes under the den volume, turning into the hero of the house with its 19m long. It permits you to see it from wherever in the house, particularly from the front room where the chimney goes about as a window.
