There is so much to start with when it comes to design. The interior of your home is what you will love about it and what guests will see. However, the exterior is what everyone that passes by your home will see, and you want to have the best design for your home so you can show off your house to everyone.

There is so much to do with the exterior of the home. There are many things that you can do to the exterior, like adding exterior barn doors. Before you ask, there are many things that these beautiful-looking designs can do, including doors or window shutters, like a door for your garage entrance, a door for an enclosed porch entrance, or a sunroom door. It can also be used as a shed door or an entry gate. Don’t let the door fool you. It is a beautiful door set that slides and saves space.

There are other things that you can do to the home exterior to add class and design. You can always add a shed that you can build yourself or have someone do for you. You can paint the house whatever color you want. You can change your windows and maybe add some shutters. You can do so much to it that you have an infinite amount of possibilities, and when Halloween comes, be ready for some decorating.

You can even make a garden in the back and plant flowers in the front. There are a plethora of ideas from just this idea alone. Not to mention patio furniture and yard and lawn decorations to set yourself apart from others. You can even decorate the garage door if you want. Maybe put a little bit of artwork into the door. The options and possibilities are up to you. Just know that you are representing your house to everyone that drives by.

The outside will seem so much cheaper than the inside when you’re done reading this. You have so many rooms to decorate, like the living room, dining room, kitchen, basement, sunroom, bedroom, guest bedroom, kids rooms, bathrooms, attics, and more. One of the coolest things that I have seen is a living room left the same, but with a library built around it. There is so much to think about, like built-in designs, bookshelves built-in, or building the shelves into the wall. You have options, and you can stain the wood and or shelves any way you want.

Another cool idea is to have the basement turned into an entertainment center, or a man cave, giving the women the top of the house while the men watch their sports, talk with their friends, and exercise together. There are no ideas short of this, and you can even turn it into a women’s den, basically making it how you want when your friends come over. You can have a book club in the women’s den and even have a movie screening down there as well. There is so much you can do with the basement, don’t let it go to waste.

You can design your bathroom to have not only a glass-walled shower but have a jacuzzi in it as well. You can turn your bathroom into the tropics, have a beach feel, or make it entirely your own. You can make the bathroom modern, chic, or add some art and put a little style into it. It’s your house; come up with a few ideas you like and go to work.

There are so many design ideas you can’t count them all. There is anything you come up with, even medieval wall tapestry designs for your living room, bedroom, or any other room in the home.
