Location: Los Angeles, California, USA
Area: 7,000 sqft
This house is situated on a staggering part above Sunset Strip with all encompassing perspectives of downtown and west Los Angeles the distance to Santa Monica, the Pacific and Catalina Island. The outline of the house boosts access to the perspective such that all the primary living spaces watch out over it.
The house is expansive right around 7000sf aggregate and is partitioned fifty-fifty by a water highlight and pool. This is the focal configuration component of the undertaking. It starts by the carport as a water divider around which the passage arrangement is wrapped.
After climbing to the principle level of the house, the water component turns into a decorative pool before dropping into the spa beneath, after which it turns into a 75 foot long lap pool the end of which is cantilevered over the incline into the perspective. The section to the house is a glass span over the pool underneath. The main room and study are situated on one side of the pool, the living ranges on the other. The following are a few guestrooms, a media room and a four auto carport. The palette of materials is delicate contemporary with broad utilization of solid, wood and stone.
