“The design of the apartment translates a reduced interpretation of the classic Berlin townhouse. All of its features – including floor-to-ceiling doors – were custom made for this property.

The spacious approx. 311 m² large Art Loft is equipped by SWISS PROPERTY with a custom design concept. In accordance with the cool elegance of the façade, special emphasis has been placed on the use of high-quality, light materials and clean lines, to emphasize the natural spaciousness of the high rooms.

The Art Loft Townhouse is across two floors with an east-facing garden and balconies. The garden level consists of a large living and dining area, which benefits from the natural light thanks to its floor-to-ceiling windows and open layout. The living and dining area opens onto a 100 m² garden with a generous terrace. On the opposite side of the townhouse, there is a large kitchen, ample storage room and guest bathroom.

On the first floor there is a spacious master suite with dressing room, en-suite bathroom and access to an east-facing balcony. Another bedroom with a private bathroom faces the green atrium. Two further bedrooms across the hall, sharing a bathroom and a balcony, offer themselves for use as guest or children’s rooms.

Precious wood parquet floors and elegant glass surfaces are combined with other precious materials, such as high-quality travertine in the bathrooms. Fixtures from designer Philippe Starck complete the overall theme of luxury.
