Description:
The Villa is situated in the Mirje Suburbs inside of the downtown area of Ljubljana, Slovenia. The manor’s road runs opposite to the antiquated Roman Wall and proceeds into a walker way under the stone pyramid outlined by Plecnik (as part his reproduction venture along the divider). The Villa’s new structure installs a current holding divider along the road front. By joining the divider as a component of the new development, the new house keeps unique position on this road in a pivotal arrangement to the pyramid.
The outer structure is made out of a 3D square volume and punctured metal envelope. The volume concentrates slice outs to make pockets of space that give a pyramidical going down along the rooftop, a void along the passage and private glass yards with porches for living zones of the house. Utilizing a material with gaps on both sides expects to make a conceptual understanding of the surface of traditional estates in the chronicled suburb. The unpleasant traditional façade was spoken to with twofold punctured boards; the undertaking was to accomplish composition through the figment of profundity which permits a light vicinity and upgrades the shadows and reflections off a palette of beige tints. The three-dimensional surface makes a dynamic reflection while typifying its lucid volume. Corner to corner crosses go about as a useful and realistic representation. The crosses prop the casings of boards and make character like façade decorations on authentic subject estates
Inner volume exemplifies two components: uncovered auxiliary solid dividers and a wooden shell. The venture required a living arrangement for a solitary family with three youngsters. The brief was to expand living region with least of the administration space. The idea partitions space separating so as to take into account particular project work not by dividers but rather floor levels: ground floor is living/shared space, first floor is youngsters range and second floor folks region. With no basement, the shell is fundamental to give the space’s majority to capacity. The flush dividers fold out to house pantries, racks and drawers all through the living regions and furniture, for example, beds, seating and counters are incorporated with the floor keeping in mind the end goal to advance space and give simple support. This join diverse spaces in the house by giving a typical capacity to segments.
