Habitation is made in style of Italian district Toscana. It’s loaded with completing materials, components of inside and style, all of which were exceptionally chosen in Italy, Germany, France and were conveyed to Ukraine.

For instance, the deer head, fringy with age-old embroidered artwork of XIX century. Therefore we can see the stronghold kitchen with a spit in the chimney 1,94 meter (6.36 foot) tallness hand tossed from marble. Well on the square before the house additionally made of marble.

Bars and roofs are made of age-old oak timber. The dividers of proprietor’s room are made of sheet-iron, secured wax, which joins with recherché material Loro Piana.

At adolescent’s room the age-old symbols live one next to the other with Roy Lichtenstein’s drawings.
