The Franklin St. inside is situated in the heart of Manhattan’s TriBeCa. An excellent TriBeCa space, with a mezzanine level, and a twofold stature roof in the Kitchen and Dining Room. Substantial modern windows ensure that these principle spaces are totally overflowed with sunshine. The inside is energetic, crisp and youthful, with a contemporary NYC touch.

We needed to fit selective top of the line furniture with second-hand discovers –, for example, a vintage Eames seat – to catch the city’s complexities. In the meantime, we attempted to avoid the classics by discovering new and intriguing bits of furniture that keep up fantastic craftsmanship.
