“The challenge of the project was the construction of a cottage in the unique, far from the traditional codes of the mountain chalet. The result is a prestigious villa of 350m2 living space on 3 levels in the heart of Megève. An iconic achievement for Refuge which includes our expertise and creativity but also our values of a certain art of living in the mountains. Our approach and our choices were fed by an intense search for materials and rare and noble materials. We have made new coatings that are outside the mainstream: the stone Canada Eramosa the grain imitating wood, marble of Carrara high pressure sandblasted, wallpapers and precious unpublished, or weathered cork. The Cross is also carefully chooses furniture: The original parts fibula.”
