“Working within fairly limiting planning guidelines, the challenge of this project was to update and expand this much loved 1950’s era Ranch House to accommodate a more relaxed and modern lifestyle.

Much of the existing house was completely rebuilt, the electrical, heating and plumbing systems were all replaced, portions of the roof were raised and 300sf were added to the footprint to allow for a reconfiguring of the major living spaces.”
